  I would definitely go back- the staff really need to improve customer skills

  Liked: Location Breakfast was amazing Room was spacious

  Disliked: We arrived at 11:00 pm and the room they gave us was not clean. They moved us to another room, but the staff almost looked annoyed at us that they had to do that. The next day, we left the hotel all day and came back at 8 pm, and our room still hadnt been cleaned. When we asked why they were rude and said the cleaning lady had left. It was bizarre. It ended up getting cleaned after 9 pm. Unacceptable for 450 euros a night.

  Liked: Position is good, 20/25 min walking distance from Ibiza old town, but area very quite and the view is amazing. Parking was easy, pool area is nice, sunbeds not very comfortable but ok. Breakfast ok.

  Disliked: Bit of noise coming from adiacent room, nothing crazy but not very well isolated

  Liked: yes actually it is the best location amazing view, seabus. Next door marina

  Disliked: promised spa no spa, very thrifty with towels coffee in the room wter etc.

  Overall it was nice but expensive

  Liked: The location was brilliant. The pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was very good.

  Disliked: I thought it wasn’t good value for money. There were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. There was only one free bottle of water on the first day, and not even a water station to fill up bottles. I was disappointed by the standard of the hotel considering the price that I paid.

  OK, but hotel needs some work

  Liked: Breakfast didnt have enough selction and the coffee machine didn't work.

  Disliked: The single room needs a touch of paint, new furniture, curtains, and a clean as marks everywhere.

  We expected much better - and by the sounds of it, we were not the only ones. Many guests complained

  Liked: The location was ok. that is it.

  Disliked: breakfast poor. Rooms poorly designed. staff were pleasant but absolutely needed to be, as the facilities were dated and needed much work. I heard many guests complaining about the same thing The food overpriced. the drinks overpriced/ getting a drink at the pool took ages.
