  The place would be completely perfect if the room was a bit bigger with fresher air

  Liked: Amazing hotell with beautiful breakfast and view. The staff was incredible friendly, accommodating and helpful, and made it feel like a home away from home. Easy to get around as located at the marina next to the city boat that takes you to old town in 10 min. A really quiet and tranquil place with beautiful decor.

  Disliked: The room was quite small with a bit of a humid smell. There was also some cigarette smoke coming in through the ventilation at times. But it was very clean,and it was cleaned properly every day.

  Liked: Location and it’s staff Location walking distance to the marina Friendly and cariño staff. They would do anything to make your stay enjoyable

  Disliked: Just the stairs it was a little hard to get my heavy luggage to the second floor

  Terrible stay, inaccurately marketing, and DO NOT recommend

  Liked: Horrible stay — would never recommend. It is insanely inaccurate to what they market. I would 100% NEVER recommend staying. It felt like a hostel in all the worst ways. They’re not accommodating whatsoever and talked back to us when we expressed issues.

  Disliked: Dirty rooms, extremely rude staff (especially Mar), and I just can’t believe we paid for such a horrible experience. Most of the rooms don’t even have safes. Also the breakfast is not worth it — they leave out the buffet items overnight which is gross.
