  Overpriced and Underwhelming Compared to Other Luxury Hotels in Ibiza

  Liked: The hotel makes a great first impression, with a warm welcome and genuinely friendly staff. The pool area is lovely, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere around the bar. However, when it comes to value for money, I was quite disappointed. At around €2,000 per night, I expected a much higher level of luxury, comfort, and service, especially compared to other hotels I've experienced in Ibiza. The rooms are surprisingly small for that price point. The restaurant is decent, but the food is extremely overpriced for the quality offered. The breakfast selection is also quite limited and could definitely use some improvement. Room service is similarly overpriced. The spa was probably the biggest disappointment. I wouldn't even consider it a proper luxury spa. It's located downstairs and consists of a tiny sauna, a very small hammam, and a cramped changing area. For a hotel charging these rates, the wellness facilities are seriously underwhelming. Another downside is the beach situation. The hotel is located by what feels more like a marina than a proper beach, so you don't get that beautiful sandy beach experience you might expect when staying in Ibiza. Overall, I can see that the hotel is making an effort, and the staff deserves credit for being so welcoming. However, the experience simply doesn't justify the price. At €2,000 per night, there are much better options in Ibiza offering more spacious rooms, better facilities, and a more complete luxury experience. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely people, but unfortunately, very poor value for money.

  Disliked: What disappointed me the most was that everything felt extremely overpriced. On top of the already expensive room rate, I noticed additional charges on my bill that I didn't fully understand, which made the experience even more frustrating. Compared to other luxury hotels in Ibiza, I really don't think the pricing is justified, especially considering the small rooms, limited facilities, and lack of a proper beach experience. At these rates, I expected much better value, more transparency with the charges, and an overall higher standard of luxury. Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, I left feeling that the hotel charges far more than the experience is actually worth.

  Liked: Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very well looked after from beginning to end. The services are excellent, the restaurants are very good, and the room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Georgia from the Concierge team. She is incredibly professional, speaks several languages, and was always available, attentive, and genuinely kind. She managed to solve every little issue and request with efficiency and a smile. Her professionalism and warmth truly made a difference and deserve special recognition. The rest of the staff were also lovely and helpful, but Georgia was definitely exceptional. I also stayed with my little dog, who was welcomed in the best possible way. This was very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. I have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

  Disappointing guest relations and management. 4 star at best

  Liked: I know the location very well. The sea is average but we love the area.

  Disliked: The management of the staff. The staff can’t be blamed if they are not trained. And guest relations are smiling robots. They do not do the basics asked. They smile take your money and disappoint.
