  Fantastic

  Liked: absolutely exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly kind, generous and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was spotless, comfortable and everything was perfect. I have never experienced such warm hospitality. Highly, highly recommended! I will definitely come back.   Tired and outdated Hotel but great staff

  Liked: The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful from arriving in reception they were great for the whole stay

  Disliked: The property is outdated, desperately in need of a refurbishment, decor is tired, furniture is old and not even one USB socket in the bedrooms so make sure you take charging plugs The food is of a poor standard, we were half board and only had 2 breakfasts and zero evening meals, food was stone cold, how can scrambled egg be brought out and instantly be cold? We decided to eat out as every single item which should have been hot at breakfast was cold so certainly did not want to risk evening meals

  Fantastic hotel in a great location, with delicious food and exceptional staff; a little seasonal wear and tear, but we

  Liked: Amazing location! The hotel was clean, comfortable and peaceful, with great facilities and delicious food. The staff were exceptional — so polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

  Disliked: A few areas were looking a little tired, but this didn’t impact our stay at all. We stayed in October, towards the end of the season, so there was some expected wear and tear. A little TLC in places would make it even better, but honestly, we had nothing we disliked about the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Wonderful stay with amazing views and excellent service!

  Liked: Although the hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation, its many positives more than make up for it. The location is excellent, the view from the room is stunning, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. A special mention goes to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who truly make the difference. Despite the hotel needing some updates, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!
