  Restaurant disappointing

  Liked: Location, beds

  Disliked: Swimming pool icy, buffet limited especially breakfast, lobby area freezing, apparently a snack bar but don't know where it was, only one area for lifts for a very long corridor, on last day the cleaner entered directly after knocking when we were still getting ready... Check out was 12 noon so no need to enter at 9am

  Great stay, I just wish we had longer to enjoy it a bit more

  Liked: Buffet breakfast and dinner plentiful. Nice size rooms pool area fantastic.

  Disliked: The bathroom and hallways could do with modernizing and updating like the ground floor but understand that as it’s a huge hotel this could be a little difficult to do but once done it would be amazing.

  Liked: Location was good and the room was as expected

  Disliked: The stay was completely ruined by the TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF LOUD NOISE. The discotheque ended at 12pm then the guests continued until after 4am noisily. It was impossible to sleep and if we had any alternatives we would have left. We often have weekends away. We will NEVER return to this hotel.
