  nice property, spa facilities and restaurant

  Disliked: We had a real issue with the thermostat in the room consistently kept the temperature at 26 Celsius despite all my attempts to set it at 18 C. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and after multiple attempts was introduced to the customer service manager Mr. Manuel Del Salto. He tried really hard to convince me that the everything is working fine. LYING TO MY FACE. We really didn't appreciate his attitude.

  Liked: Especially the coppola, the pools and the Saunas on the top.

  Disliked: We got on the room Service Salads totally sceroso. But the good Thing was that after we Reklamation it was deleted from the Bill.

  Overall a great spa hotel let down by certain service elements

  Liked: Facilities and food very good

  Disliked: Slow service in lounge and the daily changing of towels in the room (i.e. they either did not change them or just took them away leaving us with no towels)

  Stayed for the solar eclipse and attended the private event. The staff outdid themselves to make everything perfect and

  Liked: The location was magical. Nestled in the mountains in a quiet town but near Oviedo for any needs.

  Disliked: Our room 227 was too warm with no way to cool it.
