  Liked: The wifi worked well and the hotel bar was not bad. The room was clean. Bathroom was OK.

  Disliked: I booked something called "Superior single room" which accroding to the description should have a patio and garden view. What I got was a tiny room which could use a bit of maintenance with a window facing the petrol station. The windows was not well soundproofed, so there was quite a bit of noise from the traffic. Minibar means a fridge with a free bottle of water. The whole room had a bit depressing look. There was a small desk and a coffee maker. Since I only stayed one night and arrived late, I was OK, but I would not want to spend longer time there. I stayed there earlier and had a relatively nice room, so I was a bit disappointed.

  I highly recommend this hotel!

  Liked: The staff was very nice, friendly and professional at all times. Due to our needs during our stay in Madrid, we had the chance to book different rooms in the hotel as we needed more time. The rooms were different, but very nice, we really liked the rooms in the first floor. We also had the chance to book The presidential room which was phenomenal!
