  Good experience once

  Liked: Type of traditional rural finca. A good experience.

  Disliked: We had some problems with entering our room one day, end no one answered the phone listed on the reception door. Reception where I did not saw any human being all our stay. Apartments 10,11,12 are above some kind of garage where every single morning maintenance staff was present at 7 and no chance to sleep anymore. They are part of MHR but you feel like an AirBNB.

  Liked: We liked the cats that were coming there. The bed was comfortable and it was very silence in the area at night, we could sleep with the windows open. There was a very sweet girl in the last morning of our stay that was very attentive with customers.

  Disliked: However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. Every morning at around 7:30 AM, we were woken up by slamming doors and noise coming from the kitchen while the staff was preparing breakfast. We stayed for three nights, and during those four days we only managed to have one properly warm shower, one morning at around 11 AM. Every other shower was very cold and extremely unpleasant. We were told several times that something was broken and that it would be fixed, but unfortunately the problem remained throughout our entire stay. It felt less like a technical issue and more like the hot water supply simply was not sufficient for all guests. If you happened to shower before everyone else, or in the middle of the day, you might get warm water; otherwise, you were out of luck. After spending a hot day at the beach, coming back at night covered in salt and sand and having to take an ice-cold shower was particularly frustrating. What made the situation even more disappointing was the way the staff handled it. The property is presented as an agriturismo, but in reality it is a company-managed guesthouse in a very remote location, without the personal atmosphere and hospitality we expected from a genuine agriturismo, and the employees don't really care.

  Very enjoyable therapeutic stay amongst beautiful local nature

  Liked: The pool was very relaxing with a perfect temperature and harmonious surrounding. The sanitation of the accommodation was very pleasing. Very peaceful location just outside town perfect for a relaxing stay with the family.

  Disliked: There was a lot of ants 😅

  Liked: The location was good for us, I mean it could by closer to a beach but we knew the location before we committed. For us a car was very helpful and perhaps a must to explore the local area and the rest of Mallorca. The staff were always friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. We had a wonderful and peaceful time with unrestricted access to a lovely pool. There's also a tennis court (clay) which we didn't have a chance to use but seemed in a decent condition. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as there was plenty to choose from and all very tasty. For some reason I only expected continental breakfast but luckily I was wrong. There was cheese, ham, bacon and eggs available as well. The setting is stunning, being surrounded by some lovely palm, olive,, lemon and carob trees to name a few definitely adds even more charm to the place. The parking is shaded which is great as it was super hot during the stay. There's a little fridge in the room which is great.

  Disliked: We are super satisfied but having access to a washing machine or a laundry/drying service would be great.
