  Not long enough

  Liked: Perfect location on a bustling shopping/eating street and on the beachfront. Great pools for kids

  Disliked: People queuing at 08:30 ready for the pool to open at 9 just to leave a towel on a bed for half a day unused. Usual story though?

  Brilliant location, but needs air conditioning and a few basics

  Liked: Fantastic location. Everything is within easy reach: the airport bus, shops, restaurants and the seaside. You can cut through the shopping mall to reach the main avenue and the beach, which is very convenient. Housekeeping was excellent, with clean towels and freshly cleaned floors every day. Small touches made a difference too, such as the sponge cleaning set for washing dishes and a proper freezer in the apartment. Loved the children's area as well as the heated pools. Made a huge difference with a little toddler!

  Disliked: The ceiling fans were noisy and made the apartment feel muggy and hot. Proper air conditioning should be installed. Our apartment was right by the entrance gate, so there was a lot of noise in the evenings and early mornings from people coming and going (or having a good time singing and drinking!) The kitchen was completely empty, with no salt, tea, coffee, oil or other basics. There are no laundry facilities. The only option was the basement of the shopping mall, which has just two machines at €8 per load. For apartments of this size, the property should have its own laundry. The Wi-Fi did not work for the first two days, and we had to wait for someone to come and fix it.

Good to know

All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.

The apartments are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days.

Reservations of 6 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation may be canceled.

In case of early departure without justified urgent reasons, the establishment will charge the full amount of the stay.

Parque Santiago is a quiet resort, so the noise level should be kept low after 22:00.

The resort is carrying out a program of improvement of the rooms, so renovations will be carried out in different areas throughout the year. During this period, the works may cause a nuisance, although the establishment will make every effort to minimize noise and disruption to services.

Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
