Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would stay there again for sure

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful. From check-in and a personal walk to our rooms, to the great breakfast (included) and the staff there, to departure and the staff helping with our bags to the taxi, it was great.

  Great hotel, would stay again

Liked: Location, high quality breakfast with attentive staff, spotlessly clean, Dyson hairdryer, really quiet bedroom, and facilities including gym.

Disliked: Light operating mechanism in bedroom was unnecessarily complicated. TV was broken but did get replaced promptly.

Perfect location, lovely staff. Would definitely stay there again

Liked: Perfect location, convenient for exploring the centre os Madrid. It is intimate and with good facilities. The staff were lovely and very attentive and polite.

Disliked: The room had hard floors. Bits and pieces on the floor a bit irritating under foot. Would have preferred carpet or rugs. Also the in-room mini bar offerings were very pricey.
