  Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful experience at UMusic Hotel Madrid. Everything about our stay was excellent, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding—extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. They greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. They were also incredibly helpful with directions, local recommendations, and finding attractions around Madrid. Our room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, shopping, and historical landmarks. It was an ideal starting point for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a beautiful atmosphere, stylish design, and a welcoming environment. Everything felt well organized, and the level of hospitality was truly impressive.   Good hotel with a few quirks

  Liked: I did not use any of the facilities so can't comment on them. The staff was very very helpful. Cheerful and informative. The hotel is very modern and clean. The location is perfect...isolated on a small plaza with no traffic.

  Disliked: It was odd that the entry to my room led through the bathroom. You open the door from the hallway and there is the tub and shower and toilet, although there was a frosted-glass door concealing the shower and toilet. Another odd thing is there is no way to get coffee there unless you take a seat in the dining room or order room service, but thankfully there is a coffee shop on the corner of the plaza. My taxi could not access the hotel or plaza and dropped me a few blocks away, yet when I was checking out, the front desk was able to get a taxi directly to the front door.
