  This was my first foreign holiday with my partner and we really enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were really sound, and

  Liked: The views were so good, breakfast was delicious and would fill you for the day.

  Disliked: I didn’t like that there was no toilet brush in the bedroom toilet. The glass screen on the balcony could have been cleaner but everything else was top notch

  Disappointing

  Liked: In that area at least the hotel is located facing sea side and away from the tourist trap area. The sunrise view is nice.

  Disliked: It’s not so clean and the staff (of course also not everyone) is not friendly at all, the food at the restaurant was really bad. Also you have to pay the parking and that is not clearly indicated. The area is so bad and there is no parking possible so you have no other option then to pay the hotel parking. What happens if the hotel parking is full? Then you are really screwed.

  The hotel is in a beautiful location and has a very relaxed atmosphere ideal for a break away

  Overpriced for quality and care

  Liked: Location, view was amazing!

  Disliked: After check in we experienced ants everywhere in the room, the cleaning lady and the technician come to reduce to amount, though we discussed previously we did not want any toxic spray in the room, because of my pregnant wife, but the did not respect our request. Parking is expensive, 18/eur - free street parking (very limited availability). We had to leave at the airport at 7am, requested earlier breakfast, which was hard to request from.the reception, but organized it, finally, in the morning they told us, that it is impossible to have breakfast earlier (though it was paid). People can smoke everywhere, which is disturbing and disgusting.

  Perfect mini break

  Liked: Gorgeous hotel throughout, lovely location with a great view. We ate in the restaurant with a sea view food and service was brilliant. Breakfast in the main restaurant was plentyful with good options. We had an upgrade to a pool view room with sea view as well which was a lovely touch! Staff we helpful with bus routes and organising taxis. We took the bus into palma and taxi to and from airport. Location is great between Magaluf and Palmanova both walkable, although hilly. Lovely restaurants and bars near by so much choice and prices vary. Beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend.
