Very good
A wonderful hotel to stay with your kids!
Liked: Super family friendly! The staff at the reception were just wonderful!
Disliked: People were smoking in the pool area.
Good all around
Liked: Breakfast was fine. A good range of things to eat. Location is great as near to sea. Shops and park, church etc...
Disliked: Every part of the hotel is open to smoking. All parts around pool was open to smoking too. You should slipt into smoking and non smoking zone. Some of us had to avoid the pool area as too many smoking there. We could not enjoy balcony as neighbours were. smokers too. When the ladies were asking people to for stretching classes, they asked people who were on the same set of sofas as us but did not offer stretching class to us. It makes you feel discrimated against.
Great holiday
Liked: Great pool area for the kids, friendly staff apart from the grumpy night porter who liked to shout at people
Disliked: The only thing was the lack of bathroom privacy due to the partition being glass between the bathroom and the bedroom. Also the rooms are very small
Good hotel for families
Liked: The staff were super friendly. The bar and pool area was fabulous. The hotel is situated in a good location for bars, shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel room was nice, but the door the en suite needs replacing. The door itself had a large opening at the bottom, which meant there wasn't any privacy when using the toilet etc.
Nice and clean facilities needing some TLC
Liked: It was very well located, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The pool bar is very nice and affordable, and there are always entertaining activities.
Disliked: The shower is simply terrible. No way to have a short shower without flooding the whole bathroom. The room is missing a trash can, maybe some decoration to make it more inviting. While the staff at the restaurant was very kind, they were in such a hurry all the time that they would remove your plate and cutlery even as you’re still eating, happened a couple of times in different occasions and we didn’t find it very pleasant.
Okayish
Liked: Breakfast was okay but cooked like they were making cement
Disliked: strict, check out was 10am but breakfast finished at 10am - stupid restaurant was too cramped could not walk to your table with food from buffet without hitting other diners elbows. no coffee or tea available for evening meal. no coffee - tea facility in room air con really loud and ineffective.
