  Disliked: A stay with many shortcomings, especially in the adapted room Our experience was quite disappointing, especially considering that this was an adapted room. The bathroom floods when you take a shower, and the water ends up reaching the bedroom. In addition, the air conditioning leaks and also causes water to accumulate on the bedroom floor. The room is very small and poorly equipped: there isn't even a holder for your toothbrush, there are no drawers, and the wardrobe is basically just a metal rail running from one side of the wall to the other. The sheets and bed covers are shorter than the mattress, so you have to choose whether to sleep with your feet or your head directly on the mattress. There are also no shutters or curtains that properly block out the light, so you wake up as soon as the sun rises. The decoration and overall condition are very outdated, with textured walls and terrazzo flooring. Honestly, I have stayed in guesthouses that were much better maintained and more elegant. We also found ants in the room. Another major problem was the lack of sleep. During our stay, there were foreign guests having parties and making a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning. The situation became particularly uncomfortable because the children were frightened by the noise and commotion, and we were barely able to sleep. As for the location, we did not particularly like the town itself, although it is true that it is a good base for exploring the Costa Brava. At first, we had no problems finding parking, but due to the town festivities, from August 10 onwards the usual parking areas could no longer be used, making it practically impossible to find a parking space. On the positive side, the buffet is quite varied and, considering that it is a buffet, the food is not bad. The outdoor area of the accommodation also has a certain charm. I would not consider this accommodation to be genuinely beachfront.

  Terrible. Vile. Disgusting hotel

  Liked: Nothing it’s a vile hotel. Unsanitary and nothing like advertised. We walked in and within 5 minutes we left and booked somewhere else. Mouldy disgusting and unsafe

  Disliked: The room smells like mould, the bed was broken, the bathroom was unsanitary and so small using the toilet comfortably was difficult. Disgrace of a hotel

  Enjoyable stay, just needs a bit of bringing into the 2020’s

  Liked: Great location, staff on the whole very friendly

  Disliked: Quite outdated, not as modern as many other HTop hotels. Snacks were sandwiches in a fridge in the corner of the dining room.
