  A decent hotel with easy access to the beach, but not the best location

  Liked: Thankfully we were upgraded to a corner room which was wonderful with a large balcony and lots of space and they even put a coffee machine in for me - but the double room we booked was very small. The property was definitely one of the nicest in the area. The pool area was nice and for some reason we had access to a private terrace with leather sofas and a private pool - we were the only ones there which was great (but I’m not sure why we were allowed up there). There was a good choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Large,gated car park across the road for 12euros per day.

  Disliked: It’s not beachfront - there is a train track between you and the beach. The area is not great, but the beach is decent. No doors on the bathrooms for some unknown reason. No iron or kettle in the rooms.

  Incredible experience, cannot wait to return next year

  Liked: I loved the place and the accomodation, but I was even more impressed by the amazing food and the lovely and professional staff. The coordinator treated me like her daughter. Cant explain the loved that I have received during my stay. You could also feel the other people happiness around because everyone was satisfied with tge services 🥰🪭🇪🇸🫶♥️

  Absolutely outstanding

  Liked: What a superb stay at this lovely hotel. Arriving after a long trip the welcome I received at reception was so wonderful & they upgraded me to one of their best rooms. It was stunning & so welcome 💚 Everything was first class…jacuzzi bath with bath salts, leather relaxing chairs, double beds & balcony front & side!! Then I went to the Mexican buffet dinner & wow what a delicious array of food…and Lola the restaurant manager deserves a special mention as she looked after me so so well. Same again for breakfast….a great experience all round & all the staff were lovely 👏👏👏

  Disliked: I only wish I could have stayed longer. Never got a chance to experience the rooftop pool but it looked so inviting

  Time very pleasantly spent and a lot of good memories are kept

  Liked: There were no rooms on our fare left and we got upgraded free of charge to better room. Room was large with two queen sized beds, with huge balcony and immaculate sea view. Hotel is renovated and well kept. Location is perfect, hotel located between santa susana and malgrat, so it is kinda on the edge of both and the beach is much less crowded(as of end of june). Food quality is better than what I had in other hotels on costa brava, repertoire is pretty much same though. Exceptional staff. Best service and treatment we had on costa brava so far. Very kind and helpful personnel. Some great restaurants are in the area. A lot of stranding cats in the area to keep you entertained on a walk. Beach towel service.

  Disliked: Soundproofing from the street. There was annoying pigeon, that flew to balcony every time and started singing, like literally each hour that pigeon was there. Plus at San Juans day it was just unsleepable until 2-3am. Design of room with open bathroom is very interesting, however toilet with door at the end of it leaves you desperate as you need to wind it through the room🫪 Cleaning could be a bit more thorough. A/C is functional although temperature was on the edge. At nights it was blowing straight at bed and it was getting pretty cold, but it doesn’t freeze the room, just keeps it pleasant temperature.
