Very good
Liked: The spacious place
Disliked: The dangerous stairs: edgy, small The bathroom being upstairs so every time those sleeping on the low floor would have to go up.
Dark and Gothic
Liked: The Historical area is very dark and perhaps unattractive at time. A walk away brings you to a livelier plaza. Urbi is quite a dark austre building. Sofa double bed cruelly uncomfortable. Clean but tired bathrooms with meagre soap / toiletries. Friendly check in.

Liked: Close to major spots like basilica, plaza major, and pont vell. Friendly staff.

Beware of immigrants at night
Liked: Good use of the space
Disliked: Far to many immigrants in the immediate vicinity No coffee machine as stated just an old coffee pot
Liked: Location was perfect and was comfortable stay
Disliked: Steers are very dangerous, there is big gap between wall and Steers, anyone could fall down to the living room. I didn't allow my children to go up there even i had to be very careful while going up to the bed.
