A little gem if you plan to explore Pontavedra and Rías Baixas region by car
Liked: A little gem if you plan to explore Pontavedra and Rías Baixas region by car. Really enjoyed our 2 nights at the top floor apartment - spacious, spotless clean and finished with the high specs. Nice swimming pool area in the garden. Good breakfast. Less than 15 min drive to Pontavedra.
Disliked: If I have to be picky, you need to be cautious when you cross the road from the parking due to the road, especially when it’s dark
Check in is a disaster, rest is ok
Liked: In general the stay was ok, not special but clean and lots of light in the room.
Disliked: Check in was a complete disaster, the check in system was not working so did not receive my access codes. When calling the help desks it was slow and unfriendly, it took 45 min to get my check in codes to enter my room and the hotel. If you automate it should work and not like it is now.
