  Liked: I unfortunately couldn't go as my mother had a stroke, so my husband and daughter went alone. This is what they thought of it: Pretty garden. Very helpful staff. Vert tranquil, with no noise at night. Location is perfect, next to square and 5 to 10 mins from beach on foot.Matslascañas is the place to go to escape from the 40 plus degrees of inland Spain, as it benefits from a micro-climate. Can be a bit chilly at night, so make sure to pack a sweatshirt!!!

  Five Day Stay

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Comfortable beds. Lovely gardens. Shady area near reception to sit and chill near the fountain. Good price and a high standard for a two star hotel.

  Disliked: Minor things that wouldn't affect me returning. An extra bin would be useful (only a small one in the bathroom). More electric sockets and hangers in the wardrobe. The room and balcony were very small but adequate for us as a couple.
