Good
A Soviet era gulag
Liked: Sad to say, the towels were the best feature and that was spoilt by there being no rack or hook to hang them
Disliked: The photographer featured placemats because there was nothing else at all decorative, unless you liked the way paint was peeling from the walls. Black mould abounded and the sofa lacked cushions. There is a washing machine and dishwasher but no kettle or even egg spatula. We were happy to leave.. Certainly not recommended
Liked: The apartment itself was great! Very clean and spacious, with a large kitchen and a huge private terrace. Everything inside was excellent. The only problem was communication with the host. We don’t speak Spanish, and the instructions for getting the keys were so confusing that we spent a long time standing outside the building, unable to get in. After walking many kilometers on the Camino, this was especially frustrating. Without the help of some local people, we probably wouldn’t have been able to get into the apartment at all.
Disliked: After the check-in problems, we messaged the host with an important question about where to leave our luggage for pickup and transfer to our next destination. We never received a reply. In the end, we had to wait for the luggage delivery service to arrive and hand over our bags in person.
Liked: worse communication ever. the apartment is good.
Very disappointing with super unfriendly host
Disliked: We arrived at 3pm, property was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. Host couldn't let us know what was going on, kept on saying that he would get back to us in 5min but at 4pm still nothing had happened. Finally a cleaner came at 4.30pm and we could get the property at 5.30pm. No apology, no correspondence, really appalling overall. Apartment was hot, couldn't keep windows open because of mosquitoes.
Liked: The place was nice and good size.
Disliked: The weather was hot so we opened the windows but then had lots of flies. We wished the windows had screens to keep the flies out.
Liked: Quiet location near Supermarket Dia
Disliked: Communicating with the host remotely was difficult. No one was at the property. Entrance was not clearly marked and we experienced lots of difficulty using the QR codes to open the doors at the main entrance and room.
