Very good
Disliked: Problems with unlocking the door unfriendly owner no heating
Liked: Beautiful apartment with plenty of light. Very comfortable bedrooms and modern bathroom.
Liked: The apartment was clean, conveniently located with a small equipped kitchen. Nice to have private accommodation for a change.
Disliked: There was no hot water. We brought it to the owner’s attention to get it fixed while we had dinner. They came but did not want to enter the room. Having no hot water was very disappointing after a long walk.
Liked: Unhelpful and surly staff. Made such a fuss when we had to call her as we couldn't identify the locker for key retrieval Overall, otherwise the apartment was good

Liked: Breakfast including milk fruit and breads/cakes were appreciated
Disliked: I could not work the washing machine -suggestion simple instructions (for me in English) and it would have been lovely to have a kettle
