Exceptional
Poor customer service after bed bugs found
Disliked: After a long day hiking on the Camino, we checked into this apartment looking forward to a good night’s rest. Instead, we found bed bugs! We notified the property owner immediately. We requested a refund. We asked Booking.com to advocate on our behalf. We were denied a refund which we feel is poor customer service.
Liked: It's a super comfortable place in Melide: - Very clean. - Good kitchen with everything. - Has multiple air conditioners in all rooms. - Even without them, it was cold enough with +35 outside. - It has 2 separate rooms, so ok for 2 couples or for a family with kids.
Disliked: The air conditioning system is a bit noisy.
Thank you!
Liked: Appreciate the high pressure showerhead. Good location. Thoroughly enjoyed the salmon at the nearby restaurant O Recuncho, and supermarkets that were just a stone's throw away.
Disliked: Was really disappointed with the greasy kitchen countertop and extremely strong chemical fragrance in the toilet. The apartment was thoughtfully designed but the interior decorations were dirty. For example, jigsaw puzzle was mixed with lots of hair strands. Also, no Camino stamp (sello) was provided.
Relaxing
Liked: Spacious and clean
Melide’s wonderful stay
Liked: Very well located. The place was spot clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. Neighbors were kind. It felt like home.
Perfection
Liked: What an amazing property. Right on the Camino. Exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast provided was kind and unexpected.
Disliked: Nothing
