  Liked: Outstandingly helpful staff, tasteful, pretty and spacious room - the bathroom was really spacious too. Handy for town. Great cafe (verbena) nearby for breakfast/coffee if you're not eating in the hotel. The pensión was superb value. There was complementary bizcocho, fruit and water in reception - what a lovely touch! Highly recommend.

  Disliked: A little bit humid perhaps - or maybe I spent too long in the shower.

  Liked: Location, amazing staff. They have water and snacks - very thoughtful. Room is bright and clean. The flowers on the towels were beautiful and a very nice welcome. My luggage was delivered to Casa Ferradura (it was the only "Ferradura" on the Correos list when added pick up/delivery locations). It is different property located in another part of town. Javier took care of it - her personally went to fetch my luggage. I emailed Correos - they updated to my luggage delivery booking information to pick up my luggage from Pension Ferradura the next day. As I understand, Correos also called Casa Ferradura and Pensioj Ferradura to confirm information.

  Liked: The welcome was amazingly warm.. I was handed a map of Melide, given information on where to go and what to see. The resturant recommendation was excellent. I would never have found it by myself. The room was clean and comfortable and the Pensión was only a 4 minute walk from town. Breakfast was excellent.
