  Liked: Very central, beautiful apartment, near shops, cafes and 5 min walk to local beach We weren't in the apartment much, but very well equipped for families with lots of beach stuff in apartment.the owner met us on arrival, explained everything and kept checking in on us to make sure no issues.

  Disliked: Bit noisy at night, being central, but otherwise perfect.

  We wouldn’t hesitate to return, outside of fiesta season!

  Liked: The property was great, air con was a godsend and we felt really at home.

  Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property as such. Our only issue was the noise due to it being fiesta season. The location of the property is great, but because of that it meant we were kept awake until 5am on a few occasions due to where the stage was set up by the Castle. No reflection of the house or location though!

  Fantastic, would recommend. Everything you needed for a great stay in beautiful Moraira

  Liked: Beautiful duplex apartment. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The penthouse kitchen was well equipped with everything needed during our stay. The beach towels were a bonus and there was equipment for a fun day at the beach! Location is fantastic and you have everything on your doorstep. Some lovely restaurants a 20 minute walk if this is your thing. Highly recommend Kathmandu and Amante for good food.

  Disliked: The property was superb and not much to not like. If anything the bedsheets were a little tired looking. and the balconies could do with a re paint etc. No fault of the owner but there was some damage to the downstairs floors, which let the overall appearance down a bit. Upstairs was very modern and quite luxurious.

  Fantastic stay in Moraira

  Liked: The flat is perfectly located in the centre of Moraira close to free parking, grocery options, and dozens of great bars and restaurants. Platja de l'Ampolla is nice and only a 3 minute walk away but do yourself a favour and walk to cala el Portet (20 minutes) for a truly amazing beach. Monica, the host, is super friendly gave us loads of recommendations. She was also flexible with check-in and checkout times which was very much appreciated. Be aware that you need to provide a 200 EUR cash deposit at check-in. This is in the listing but, at least on the iOS app, is quite hidden in the booking.com interface.

The deposit also includes the state of cleanliness of the house. It must be left clean, as it is delivered, except for sheets, towels and kitchen towels, which are already included in the cost indicated for this purpose.
