  Brilliant location and great weather made this another memorable and enjoyable stay

  Liked: The location is key to this property! Wonderful sunny terrace and a stones throw from the beach along with a short walk into the centre of Moraira. Small local shop is an added bonus.

  Disliked: The entrance is quite sad! Weeds growing at the front steps were particularly bad this year and it’s maybe just needing to be modernised inside. Kettle is needing replaced and more coffee and tea mugs needed! Shower in main bathroom requires fixing.

  Great views shame about the standard of the apartment

  Liked: Location excellent. Balcony overlooking beautiful bay of el portet.

  Disliked: Poorly maintained property. No nice little extras, ie hand wash, dishwasher / washing machine tablets. Beds & sheets not great. Washing machine on its last legs.

  Liked: Location and view stunning!!!

  Disliked: This is the 2nd time staying in this apartment and we have the same complaint which is that the bed in the main room desperately needs changing! It is unsteady, and very noisy! Apartment could generally benefit from some modernization

  Great location and view but attention to detail needed

  Liked: Location and views were excellent- large well stocked apartment. Fantastic storage. Terrace and view the main attraction

  Disliked: We had to drive 15k to collect the keys between 4 & 6 pm if we wanted the keys delivered to the property we would have had to pay €50. We were lucky that friends took us. Lack of any welcome book or instructions for the apartment. The second bathroom had a damp smell and in the main bathroom no ventilation. The main lights in the twin rooms did not work only the side lights worked. Thee was air conditioning in all rooms but only one controller.
