  Liked: We are giving this property ten stars! Aguacate Beach is a beautiful complex. The apartment itself was very clean. The couch was in great condition. We loved the upholstery fabric for its great zen color and sturdiness. It's a strange thing to comment on furniture but some vacation rentals have livingroom furniture that we wouldn't want to sit on. The kitchen had just about everything one needs to make homemade meals. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean. We loved the big terrace, which came in handy with our two little dogs. Most importantly, we didn't have any wifi issues. However, we are most grateful for the host's utmost professionalism. We gave her a very hard time when she informed us that the apartment we reserved wasn't available. The truth is, we were unhappy because it took us back to an experience we had in Pacific Palisades. YES! THE PACIFIC PALISADES in California. We got a place with pacific ocean views. Drove down from Sacramento overnight to find out that the place we had reserved had been given away to a family member of theirs. The place we got was filthy. The shower in the bathroom had hair trimmings, and by that we mean we are being super-duper classy. It was bad. So, for this reason, we overreacted. And now, we wish we remembered her name and feel bad that we don't. Because she was incredibly poised. We were so impressed with her that we decided to get another vacation rental through this company.

  A perfect stay for a family of 6!

  Liked: The apartment itself is very spacious, super clean and the hosts were very hospitable. It also has a very spacious terrace and a lot of space in the closets. The complex is perfect itself, has 3 pools and a lot of territory for kids. A little bit far from the beach, but no longer than 10 min walk.
