  Liked: The gardens were exceptional bit like a film set with Bouganvillia roses Lavender and many exoctic plants beautiful.Very quiet yet people around staff lovely very helpful and friendly especially Fernando and Paula s coffee at the pool.

  Disliked: On arrival the accomodation was dark with no view but it had the best private garden ever beautiful. Initally I was expecting a balcony but the garden made up for it and on hot days its better to have cool and dark for sleeping and garden for living in..We enjoyed.NB you can request a balcony but then you miss out on a garden.

  Fabulous place for a family holiday

  Liked: The apartment was perfect for our needs as an all adult larger family group. Any small issues we had were addressed with super speed. Everything we needed was in the apartment or in the beautiful Capistrano Village.

  Disliked: Getting too hot in the Mediterranean sun, at times, and going home!

  Disliked: ⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Recommended Booking this property was honestly a huge mistake. Several important charges and conditions were not clearly mentioned while booking. We were charged extra for AC, a security deposit for the swimming pool, and even an additional fee to use the pool sun loungers/sunbeds. The location was also misleading. The property shown on the booking app gave us the impression that it was conveniently located near supermarkets and other facilities, but the actual property was far away and uphill. We were travelling from another country without a car, making transportation extremely difficult and expensive. Public buses were also very limited, sometimes only once an hour. The property didn’t provide even basic essentials like salt or sugar, and there was no housekeeping during our multi-day stay, so we had to manage and clean everything ourselves. The biggest frustration was travelling such a long distance only to discover that the actual location was completely different from what we expected from the booking listing. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience with too many unexpected charges and inconveniences. I would not recommend this property, especially if you are travelling without a car or coming from another country. Please verify the exact location and all additional charges before booking.

Check in takes place in the Nicosol S.L. office, in the Capistrano Village shopping center.

Reception opening times: 10:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:00 to 20:00 hours (Monday to Saturday), 11:00 to 15:00 on Sundays.

n case of late arrival or outside the opening times please contact the reception before arrival.

Apartments are cleaned before arrival and upon departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed in the middle of the week. Bed-linen is changed every 7 days.

Additional housekeeping services are available at an extra cost - please consult reception for more details. Mainly, the apartments do not have air conditioning, but we have several units that does (EUR 20 per week in cash), the guest can request it through Booking.com chat.

We rent properties in three different resorts: Capistrano Village (0.6 mi) , San Juan de Capistrano (1.2 mi) and Oasis de Capistrano (1.2 mi). the distance to town or beach may vary between apartments. The address indicated is only for reception, the main point from where we explain you where is your house. Please contact us to know where will you allocated.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
