  Absolutely fabulous

  Liked: Fab location right on the beach. The property I stayed in was absolutely spotless, had all amenities and the biggest plus was the HUGE terrace.

  Disliked: Nothing negative at all.

  Nice property in a lovely beach area, safe & clean

  Liked: Lovely large sunny terrace. Very clean, had everything you needed for self catering, but we ate out so didn’t use cooking facilities etc.

  Disliked: Bathroom especially a little cramped, parking garage almost impossible to access due to the dimensions

  We enjoyed burriana as always but expected better value for our money

  Liked: Its location to the beach.. lovely view

  Disliked: Nobody met us on our arrival to explain how things worked in the apartment.. the water was not working when we arrived I had to check out things and eventually I got it working.. we are pensioners and I was very difficult for my partner to get into the shower.. sometimes we had hot air coming from the air conditioning system..we asked for a parasol to shade us from the sun and we were refused our request.. no change of towels or bed linen for 2,weeks.. I paid €3400 euros for 2 weeks and we were disappointed with value for money… I use booking. Com ever time we go on holiday. This is our first time to be disappointed.. we love Nerja and especially Burriana beach and we ALWAYS got great value for money….

  Great location and balcony, apartment could be so much better with a little more effort

  Liked: Location is fantastic with a spectacular sea view looking in Burriana beach from a large balcony

  Disliked: Two single beds were not ideal for a couple, bathroom is quite tight and you’ve to climb over the toilet to get in the shower, property was also completely empty, it’s nice when there’s some water and basic bits like, salt, pepper etc.

  Great location for beach holiday

  Liked: Location. View. Peaceful.

  Disliked: Flush in toilet that wasn't working. Entire toilet had to be replaced. WiFi only available in mornings for a few hours.

  Great Stay for the Location, Not for the Comfort

  Liked: The location was excellent. Being right in front of Burriana Beach was a huge advantage, as we didn’t have to climb the steep hill every time we wanted to return to the apartment. The Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfectly manageable. The apartment was clean, but the furniture was very old, and the sofas were quite uncomfortable. There was no hot water during our stay, and the water pressure was extremely low, both in the shower and at the bathroom sink. There was only one air conditioner, located in the living room. It was very old and extremely noisy. Sleeping without air conditioning was impossible due to the heat, but sleeping with it on was also uncomfortable because of the constant loud humming noise. Unfortunately, opening the bedroom window was not an option either, as there was a manhole cover directly below it that made a very loud banging noise every time a car drove over it, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
