  The spirit of Basil Fawlty lives!

  Liked: Nothing. I could not check in. Apparently I should have had a code number. This was never sent to me and I was never advised that one was necessary. My confirmation simply said check in anytime between 2pm and midnight. Fortunately I was able to phone the owner who pretended at first not to understand my request that someone come to open the door. When she finally arrived she made it clear thst she thoght it was all my fault.(I have since checked back over one hundred e-mails and I definitely did not receive any information about an entry code). Far from offering an apology she said she did not like my manner and she did not want me to stay there. She eventually conceded that I could stay one night but I should clear out by eleven next day. I said that this was unacceptable as I was being left high and dry but she would not relent. I said that I could not stay under these circumstances and I asked if she would refund every penny. She promisrd to do this if I left and I did so.

  Disliked: All of the above. This woman was arrogant, agressive, deaf to all reason and full of her own self importance.I am a solo seventy-four year old traveller and she cared nothing for any inconvenience she may have caused me. In well over fifty years of travel all over the world I have never encountered anything as outrageous as this womans behaviour. IF YOU CAN PLEASE ENSURE THAT SHE REFUNDS ME IN FULL.THAT IS THE LEAST THAT SHE CAN DO.

  Mamma Mia vibes 🩵

  Liked: Lola and her family were great hosts. It’s a beautiful accommodation with a cafeteria downstairs, really like Mamma Mia vibes 🥰

  Disliked: The only negative would be that there was no shampoo etc. Otherwise all amazing!

  A very enjoyable stay overall. Our 10th visit to Frigiliana and we would definitely come back here!

  Liked: Lovely accommodation set in a great central location in beautiful Frigiliana. The room was small but perfectly acceptable for our 3 night stay. The room was spotlessly clean with quality pillows and bedding.

  Disliked: The room needed a set of drawers. Only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe and the bedside tables had tiny drawers so we were unable to unpack our bags as storage was very limited. The shower head also needed attention.
