  Liked: Excellent location every thing within 10 minute's walk beach,balcony de Europa and old town. The hotel is very clean with the most comfortable beds all rooms have Aircon and are fully soundproof but the biggest thing is the staff all are so helpful and can't do enough for you. A superb hotel to make your stay in Nerja just that little more special. Big thank you to Raul for being so helpful. Will most definitely be back next year.   felt unsafe and I wanted to call the police for protection

  Liked: if the situation I am explaining below did not happen, I would have been satisfied with the hotel, you can read the below statement

  Disliked: We booked two double rooms, but one room was significantly smaller than the other despite being charged the same price. When we tried to discuss this with hotel management, the situation escalated into an extremely unprofessional and frightening confrontation. A staff member became verbally abusive, physically aggressive (I was hit in the arm although I am a small woman), and repeatedly demanded that we leave the hotel. Although an apology was later given, the issue was never resolved. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professional customer service or respectful treatment.

  Lovely staff, Hostal very clean

  Liked: Everything was very clean and staff were great, we checked in late and they gave us very clear self check in instructions very close to main centre.

  Disliked: Hallway did smell like cat wee, I wish bathroom had a window as or fan as it got very steamy and sadly our room didn’t have a balcony but we did have a small window, but it got really hot or if we wanted air, sleeping with air con wasn’t an option.

  Great base, would recommend

  Liked: It's exactly what it says, a good clean hostal, convenient location 4 mins walk away from a beach and 10 mins walk from the old town. Despite not having parking there were plenty of spots around and we were able to easily navigate with the car. The room itself was lovely, clean, and spacious. Great value for money, if you're looking for a perfect instagram location to post this is not it, but if you're looking for a convenient, clean, base of operations for exploring Nerja, this is perfect and I couldn't recommend it more. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights, and we had 0 complaints.

  Disliked: One thing is I would have preferred proper duvet instead of the thin covers but I know lots of hot weather countries do this. I also didn't ask if we could have proper duvets so I can't say that they wouldn't if asked for, but thats literally the only tiny thing I didn't like.
