  Hostal Ana WAY exceeded my expectations!

  Liked: Oh my goodness, where do I begin? From the location just outside of the center, to the generous size of the room, the overall cleanliness, soft sheets and comfy bed and pillows, and large soundproof windows. The Hostal Ana anticipated all of a traveler's needs down to the small things, with lovely little touches like crown molding and a beautiful updated bathroom. Hostal Ana is probably one of the most perfect all-around places I've ever stayed, and I've traveled a LOT. Thank you Hostal Ana!

  Perfect for one quick stay

  Liked: Location excellent, side street close to everything. Room very small and basic but thats all we needed for one nights stay. Very clean with a fridge and toiletries.

  Peaceful Hostel

  Liked: Easy check in with friendly staff. It's on a busy street but very quiet with double glazing on sliding terrace doors, no kids, very much to my taste whilst on holiday., Easy access to public transport and supermarket. I've stayed in many hostels in Nerja and this is my favourite so far.

  Disliked: I couldn't fault this hostel at all.

  Not worth the price

  Liked: A mini fridge is inside.

  Disliked: You are being charged 80 euro a night for a very small room. The room is near the entrance, aswell as the windows, you can hear traffic all day, all night. The hotel itself does not have a dining room or a microwave or even a kettle. For the price you can find way better options.

  Nice stay in Nerja

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay at the hostel. The room was clean, and the terrace was great – you can wash and dry your clothes there, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were also quick and easy.

  Disliked: The room itself is quite old, so for the price it wouldn’t necessarily be our first choice. However, considering that we stayed during high season, it was fine. It would have been nice to have a proper rubbish bin in the room, as there was only a very small one in the bathroom. The room could also get quite humid, probably because it was on the first floor, so we dried our swimsuits and towels on the terrace instead. Overall, for a short stay, it’s totally fine and we had a pleasant experience.
