Fabulous location and extremely clean and comfortable hostel

Liked: Great location, 2 mins walk from where coach drops you from central bus station in Malaga. 1min walk from lovely sq for breakfast/coffees, 4 min walk to town and 10 to larger beach. Very clean and friendly staff, I was a lone traveller and felt very safe, had lovely little terrace adjoining room. Would recommend and stay again.

  Disliked: Nothing loved it all.

Great location, but poor service and a disappointing room allocation

Liked: Nerja was as fantastic as ever, and the hotel is in an excellent location on Calle Pintada, within easy walking distance of the town's wonderful tapas bars, restaurants and beaches. The accommodation was modern and well presented, making it a good base for exploring the area.

Disliked: We paid extra for a pool-view room but were given a city-view room instead, despite raising the issue with both the hotel and Booking.com. We specifically booked the pool view to avoid street noise from people, mopeds and bin lorries, but no attempt was made to resolve the issue. The main bathroom light was also not working and was never fixed after being reported on our second day. Tea bags, milk and bottled water were not provided, despite the advertised tea-making facilities and coffee pods.
