Liked: Room was a good size, there was a lift, a treat at the end of a long day's walk and the staff on reception area very friendly. The bathroom, though shared, was beautifully kept

Disliked: Would have liked a fan just to circulate the air Shower cubicle is quite small, water pressure is excellent 👌

Liked: The location of the property is very central, although O Pedrouzo is already a very small place. My room was spacious and clean. The town itself felt a little soulless, but of course, that’s not the property’s fault. Everything I needed was available at the property.
Disliked: İts a sleep and go place and they dont have washing machine
Vey poor communication skills
Liked: The beds in the new building were very comfy
Disliked: We were given a wrong room with wrong beds no private bathroom from the extra I paid for the booking and was then moved to a completely different building which seemed to be owned as well by the owner to another room which again had no private bathroom. This all took 1.45 hours of standing outside and waiting +20 mins for what's app responses and being hung up on mid conversation twice. The building is a little difficult to find as well because the signage seems to be old and damaged as I will add in photos.
