Good
Terrible experience
Liked: The location was great, and the staff who handed me the keys were helpful. However, when I called to inquire about the check-in process after waiting for nearly 30 minutes, the staff member on the line hung up on me.
Disliked: Check-in process - All the other properties I stayed at before this one sent me a text or WhatsApp message regarding the check-in process. However, at this location, I was completely at a loss. I arrived at the property after a long eight-hour walk, around 6 PM, and found that there was no one around, no reception area, and not even a note explaining how to check in. I walked back and forth, trying to locate the hotel reception. Fortunately, a kind patron asked me to call the hotel for assistance. Room -The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable; it was made of cheap foam and sank down almost to the floor. - not even a bottle of drinking water. - Wifi, no password provided. - Three different keys with no indication, to go out and return to the room. Bathroom - no shower gel/soap - They left a bottle of used shampoo bottle on the floor

Very good
Liked: Good location just off the Camino. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Street noise a little loud in the room. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent.
Disliked: No major issues.
