Exceptional
A good room in a shared apartment with excellent facilities. Location is on far end of town
Liked: Great private room in a little flat so had kitchen facilities, washing machine and shared bathroom. Very spacious and lovely to have tea and biscuits provided and use of the laundry (wash and dryer). Good place to stay a night on the Camino. Good instructions for access. Thanks for the excellent facilities. Very secure and safe place to stay.
Disliked: It is in a building at the far end of town so not as close as other places to the restaurants and cafes. A longer walk to arrive there (walking the Camino) BUT closer the next morning to get back on the trail!
Great place to stay
Liked: Close to camino Frances, room was twin room, very spacious and very clean. Bathroom facilities and laundry facilites were great

Liked having kitchen and some snacks. Said fruit was provided but not there for is

Disliked: Having to wait to check in. Responded with check in time but no one there. Had to wait to get someone to respond by booking. Didn’t answer phone. Very frustrating. Codes were finally sent which could have been done earlier in the day.
Good value for pilgrims
Liked: Peregrina Pension O Pedrouza Basic, but clean accommodations in O Pedrouza. Shower was well supplied with shampoos and shower gels. Not sure if the pension provided or left by other pilgrims, but appreciated nonetheless since we just ran out & the stores were closed. Washer and dryer added bonus! Nice shared kitchen stocked with coffee and cookies. Such a treat! Only negative was, that it was located at the far west end of town and had to walk back to the center for dinner.
Disliked: It was located at the far west end of town and had to walk back to the center for dinner. Which was a struggle for this hurting pilgrim. Also, no staff. We didn’t have problems, so no issues
Winner of our most unpleasant stay along the Camino
Liked: Nothing, unfortunately.
Disliked: Confusing check-in and room set-up. Our room in the attic (!) had no windows (just a skylight) and angled ceilings so hit my head a few times; It was hot with no AC; bed was small and uncomfortable; shared bathroom was filthy (anyone could and did use this bathroom); person in the next room got his watch stolen out of the bathroom. Looks like folks from downstairs used our bathroom and left a mess. Location was too far out of town. There are several properties with similar names!
Nice property with a very helpful host
Liked: Although we never met our host, they most helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. We shared a bathroom with one other room, but there was no inconvenience. Nice to have washing machine to catch up on laundry.
Disliked: The property is a short walk out from the town center. However, this was to our advantage the next day, as the Camino starting point was very close by.
