Depends what your plans are durring your stay there. If its for walks etc its ok
Liked: Rosa and her willigness to provide us with dinner although we initially planned to dine elsewere on our way back to the village which was imposible, for some strange reason...
Disliked: To sleep you have to wait until your neighbours deside to to switch of the TV, radio, mobil phone or end their conversation as the (acustic) isolation is less than basic. Had a terrible first night. Luckily the neighbours changed the second night.
Liked: This place is absolutely magical. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming people who make you feel right at home. We stayed here with friends and truly felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. Early in the mornings, we would walk through the fields and the valley, watching the magical mist slowly disappear, the farm animals grazing, and enjoying complete peace and quiet away from the noise of the cities. I highly recommend taking the dinner option. The hosts prepare delicious traditional homemade food from the region themselves and take care of everything with so much love. The food was incredibly tasty and very generous! There is a lake nearby that is perfect for a swim, and there are also several other beautiful spots within a short drive where you can escape the heat and cool off. There are so many wonderful places for hiking around the area as well. If you’re looking for nature, peace, authentic local food, and a truly special experience, this place is absolutely worth visiting. ❤️
Liked: I stayed in this amazing home while I was walking the Camino Olvidado. The host was incredibly kind and generous. The room was comfortable with a great shower and bed. I got a fantastic night of sleep. The food. Was. Perfect. I had dinner there and absolutely stuffed my face with soup, pork loin, and a custard and honey dessert. After a long, hot 29km day of walking, I could absolutely not fit anything else in my stomach. But I was happy. In the morning she provided not only a breakfast, but also packed me some fruit and a chunk of cake as snacks on the 30km walk that day. This was a truly peaceful and rejuvenating evening during a long and difficult walk.
