Disliked: Very disappointing stay. At check-in, I was asked to pay an extra fee because I arrived after 8:00 PM, even though the Booking listing clearly stated that check-in was available until 9:00 PM. The air conditioning was very poor, and the outdoor AC unit was installed on the balcony, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit outside. The curtain rods were loose and ready to fall, the balcony door was very difficult to open because the track was damaged, and the wardrobes were being used as a storage room full of old electrical equipment and empty boxes. One wardrobe door was already broken, but we were accused of damaging it. There was also a broken chair that was unsafe to use, and we were blamed for that as well. Some of the pots were dirty, and we were even accused of causing that. We contacted customer service, but they did not help us. Instead, they asked us to pay compensation for issues that already existed before our arrival. I would not recommend this property.

Liked: Very close to the beach

Disliked: they should put AC in every room also. Just constructive criticisms for improvement...

  Perfect family holiday!

Liked: We prearrange an arrival time with Javier, the owner, and were welcomed by Andres, the very friendly care taker. He showed us around the appartment and explained the use of the facilities in the building. Andres is very helpful and is easy to find if you need anything during your stay. He speaks/understands a little English and French but Google translate was very helpful.
