  Poor experience

  Liked: Location was great

  Disliked: The staff was not friendly or helpful. I was charged a fine of $180 that was not disclosed by booking.com that they said they will return later, but not cool since I was not advised by the application. The check in was at 5;00 pm and the check out was at 10:00 am. That does not make a day (24 hours) of booking. I felt I was robbed of a day of a stay. They expect you to take the sheet from beds, wash and put away dishes and take garbage out to containers on the streets which were not close to the property. It is ridiculous since I am on vacation and not there to work, especially since you have to pay for a cleaning fee. The place was not clean. The pillows were not comfortable and there were no comforters available. I had straight cats coming into the room through the windows because the windows did not have screens on them. Some of the staff at the main office looked unkept as if they got up from bed and went to work in their pajamas. Not very professional. Would not book there again.

  Very Disappointing

  Liked: Location ok. Friendly fruit store in front.

  Disliked: It was very disappointing. There was a used roll of toilet paper not full for three visitors. The bed linen was dirty, the blankets had bed bugs. I doubt they clean it. Photo with proof. The pool downstairs made noise the entire time. Not very accommodating not even the minimu supplies and we stayed only for the weekend. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Unless they have no other choice.

  Liked: The location is near the beach.

  Disliked: 1. The entire apartment is old. 2. The facilities are at the very low level 3. There are NOT internet. A little trip in "middle ages". 4. THE LOCATION DOESN'T OFFER TOWELS. This was a real surprise. 5. A lot of mosquitos live in the apartment.
