  Liked: It was clean and initial communication was great including video guide

  Disliked: Hot water was only enough for 2 person shower. 3rd person had to wait minimum 3 hours (may be more as i couldn't shower and had to leave apartment, when i came back after 10 hours, water was hot). So, you need to schedule if you are more than 2. Car park remote wasn't working, so couldn't use the secure parking. But there was ample outside parking during this quieter time, could have been a problem if it was a busy season. Resolution offered by staff is to go back to their office to collect a replacement instead of offering a delivery to apartment which was only 15 min drive away. Aircorn/Heating wasn't working. Shared the concern with video evidence but no response. Also, photos of the facility includes a swimming pool, however, there was no swimming pool in the building area which is misleading. Swimming pool photos should be removed from advertisement as it is against the marketing rules.
