Despite the good location, the unacceptable cleanliness and lack of support ruined my stay

Liked: The only positive aspect is the location — close to the sea and supermarkets.

Disliked: I was very disappointed with the condition of the apartment upon arrival. Although it was supposed to be cleaned before my check-in, it was clearly not done properly. There was a large stain under the sofa from something spilled, and it had simply been left there — this is not acceptable cleaning. I reported this immediately after checking in, yet I was offered neither proper cleaning nor any form of compensation. I ended up having to clean the apartment myself. A mop was left in the middle of the kitchen, and a bucket with dirty water was sitting on the balcony. The small bathroom had a strong sewage smell. The bed linen had stains as well. They also left two dishwasher tablets even though there is no dishwasher in the apartment.
