Exceptional
Liked: Modern and comfortable hotel with excellent location. Supermarket is just under the hotel level and restaurants street is right next door
Disliked: Google location wasn’t accurate at all. It was a bit of trouble to find the hotel
Great find
Liked: Good value.. ok location, only 5 minutes walk from old part of town. Modern and well laid out room, comfortable bed, great shower
Disliked: No.kettle or tea making service in room
Great Hotel.. if you can find it!
Liked: Nice new. comfortable hotel in convenient location for the old town; just a very short walk from Cider Street!
Disliked: Almost impossible to find. My motorcycle GPS took me right to the location but I couldn't find the hotel: I popped the location into Google Maps and the same problem. All the information suggested I was at the location but no sign of the hotel. Not a single road sign or clue as to where to look. I phoned the reception and was guided in. It's in fact located on top of a shopping mall, directly above a health spar and hidden behind a building site. The staff apologised and explained that the council wouldn't let then put up any signage. I took the photo of where I parked my motorcycle from the room; it looks obvious but it wasn't: arriving in the dark would have been a nightmare.
Fantastic! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
Liked: Great location. Quiet at night. Clean and well maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff! Even with a slight language barrier they helped us in several ways. Very well equipped rooms with lots of space and great lighting.
Disliked: I liked everything
Liked: I have stayed in this hotel many times and love the location and the design of the rooms. I ask for a room facing the back of the building which has fantastic views over the mountains.
Disliked: The ceiling is not well sound proofed as well as the doors which slam really hard.
Nice stay overall
Liked: It was v difficult to find the hotel’s location and parking
Disliked: All fine
