fantastic facilities and location
Liked: Room was great size and spotless. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The host was quick to respond to any messages and was very flexible and accommodating. It was easy to follow the instructions given to access the key. The room was beautiful with a huge picture of the cathedral in Santiago which was inspiring for us as Camino walkers. It is a great location for walking your final day of the camino. Also had a convenient bar/restaurant just below which avoids any unnecessary walking to search for food or drink
Disliked: No aircon or ceiling fan, had to get guy in bar to message place for instructions to get in. They did just send directly. Bar and traffic noise

Disliked: I booked this hostel in July at a price of 70 Euros for a night (have proof). In the morning when it was time to check out, I left my 70 Euros cash in the lock box as directed. I received a text from the owner that it was 77 Euros for the night, despite the picture of my reservation that I sent. The owner tried to then say it was because of the difference in American dollar (I referred them back to the photo I sent showing I was reserving in Canadian dollars). Then after I left the extra 7 Euros in the lock box, they tried to tell me I owed more for some municipal tax and were going to report me to Booking.com. I might also add that my colleague who stayed in the same hostel with me (different room), paid only 77 Euros (his reservation showed that agreed amount) and he wasn't told he owed a municipal tax. I would not stay there again unless I could pay with a credit card.

Liked: Right on the Camino
Disliked: Too much road noise, right above a bar restaurant music to 2am. Had to pay by cash or bank transfer. Would not accept credit card when booking stated you would be charged if no show.
Disappointed
Liked: The room was nice but there was no air conditioning so it was very hot.
Disliked: No facilities for walkers. No where to wash or hang your cloths. The lights didn’t come on on the stairs and my partner fell down them
Nice space, good location for Camino walkers, but communication and service need work
Liked: Cute theming - we liked the posters over the beds and the bedroom named for Camino cities.
Disliked: The listing didn't mention that the host doesn't accept credit cards, which caused us a lot of time and grief. Also, no one was on site to meet us when we arrived. We asked the bar next door to contact the host, and someone came to give us the keys. The host was supposed to return at 7 PM to take our information but didn't arrive until after 8 PM.
