Exceptional
Host didn’t respond so had to rebook
Liked: Didn’t get to see the property.
Disliked: Host not responding so we didn’t get check in info. Waited outside in the cold rain for 3 hours. Booking.com tried to contact host but no luck. Booking.com agent said they will cancel for free and rebook us at a similar unit (3 bedroom) for free to cover our troubles. That was a lie as well. Agent misinformed us. I guess that’s why the call dropped. Had to call several times with international rates.
