Exceptional
Lovely apartment on Camino outside Padron
Liked: Liked that it was on the Camino and cute apartment and nice people who own the apartment. Though outside Padron, easy to find a taxi after long day to grab dinner. Wanted to be past Padron to have shorter walk to Santiago. Wonders kind and left us treats!
Disliked: Three flights of stairs with heavy bags but managed fine! Good leg workout.
Beware the check in process
Liked: Right on the Camino de Santiago. It is very well stocked with snacks, milk, coffee, etc. there were 2 fans to use
Disliked: Our rooms (2Aand 3A) faced a busy highway. No air conditioning. The staff to help with check in were shockingly unhelpful. There is an online form you must complete before arriving detailing guest information. I explained that doing that was very difficult for me ( I am visually impaired), sent them face pages of our passports and asked if they would fill the form out. They refused. I asked again. They refused to help. I had to stop a stranger and ask them to help me enter the same information that was on our passports. Whatever happened to Customer Service?
Appartment on the road to Santiago
Liked: A nice spacious apparment on the route to Santiago. Very complete and big kitchen. The host left coffee, tea and other treats. The washing machine was great and we were happy to use it and the dryer too for some towels. Small but okay living room. Bedrooms and bathroom were big and lots of storage
Disliked: It was very warm when we arrived in Padrón and the appartment has no airco, so it was also quite warm. At night we opened all windows and fortunately at night it cooled down a bit so we all managed to sleep quite well.
Liked: This place is a hidden gem! The property is exactly as pictured—beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Phenomenal host, providing clear check-in instructions and checking in on us to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend staying here!
Disliked: No air conditioning
Great flat - well furnished.. a little way out of the town though
Liked: Modern internal set up - very clean and comfortable..
Disliked: The location is some way out of the town centre ( 10/15 mins ) and if you are walking the Camino most case couriers drop your bags centrally - which we didn’t realise - so in the morning we had to walk back into the centre to then walk back on ourselves and pass the flat weed stayed in 🫣
Outside of Padron, this property is very comfortable, clean, and with a very attentive host
Liked: Spacious, clean, location (we purposely chose to stay outside Padron but on El Camino route)
