Exceptional
Beautiful old monastery stay
Liked: It was a beautiful property. Our room was spacious the restaurant was stunning.
Disliked: We were there at the end of October and so it felt like we were the only ones there at times- even though we know there were a few other guests.
Liked: Beauty, comfort, helpful staff.
Liked: Beautiful building rich in history. Great food, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Beds were quite hard

Liked: Great pool and the restaurant was very good for dinner- delicious food and the service was excellent
Disliked: The check in was a problem as the staff were dismissive and rude (told us our room was not ready on arrival and then made us wait in a hot environment with no follow up) my husband complained to the manager who was very apologetic and we appreciated that. Hopefully they will improve the experience for guests as first impressions last.
Perfect and Peaceful with welcoming vibe
Liked: All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with large bed and great shower and ac. The breakfast was excellent with homemade offerings. Food in the restaurant was also excellent. The pool was really great. Honesty bar was very reasonably priced and welcome. Dogs were made very welcome. The whole place was relaxing with a chilled vibe and great historical touches.
Disliked: The chanting music was very peaceful and fitted well with the surroundings. Other music in the evening and during breakfast was not necessary, and somewhat annoying at times. It’s quite expensive to stay, but we would stay again nonetheless.
