Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: Cute and comfortable stay- felt right at home
Liked: The apartment was just all right, nothing quite wrong but...............
Disliked: The instructions to get into the building didn't work and we had to call the host. Finally we had to ask a neighbour to let us in into the building and we managed to get into the apartment. The apartment was quite soulleess and not quite matching the photos.
Great apartment in a convenient location, host easy to contact
Liked: Great location, clean
Disliked: There was no iron, so I had to purchase one
Staff is bad
Liked: Good location, face to Yamaguchi plaza. Near to Yamaguchi park.
Disliked: Service is bad, no shampoo in the room, staff said can not provide because it was weekend, after I extended my stay, required Shampoo again in Monday, then told me they don’t provide shampoo to guests. When I left, then required me to give them 5 good reviews in google! They should change their service staff.
