Room and facility were nice but reservation person not. Impersonal
Liked: Clean, daily towel change, great location
Disliked: The reservation staff. They just don’t care. Booking.com approved me for a 1:00 check-in and the person fight want to send me the code to enter because it want 2:00 I assumed booking and the hostel were in coordination but not.
Liked: It’s in the middle of everything, perfect for travelers who likes t walk
Pamplona is a lovely city. This place has a good location to see the sights
Liked: Location was perfect. The room was very small but for a night stay, it’s fine. I wouldn’t stay more than a night.
Disliked: The only window looks out onto I’m not sure what - a creepy alley? We got the code for the door later than we should have. We were confused. The room is small. Take out furniture that no one is going to use! Create some space. That would help.
Liked: Alex, the concierge, was incredibly helpful 👌.. Accommodation was clean, comfortable, and central to main square.
Disliked: Having to mess around finding location - had to go to a different hostel to pick up door codes. An extra step when you are already tired from long day
