Great value hotel with good access to Pamplona
Liked: If you are in Pamplona and want a good value hotel which is a little off the pilgrim / tourist route then the Burlada maybe for you. The pilgrim route is only 100m away but most head into the main city and don't think of staying here. There is a very regular bus (€1.70) service No.4 to the city which takes around 10/12 minutes. The rooms are a little tired but they are great value and the street is pretty quiet. The garage is very secure and only €10 per night. There is also a street type breakfast bar / restaurant within the hotel building.
Disliked: A little bit more TLC for the rooms would make them more appealing
Disliked: Not clean and the room was not the one we booked.
Would not stay in Pamplona again
Liked: The hotel was centrally located.
Disliked: Both of the check-in clerks I dealt with were very difficult and the day clerk gave me great difficulty when checking into the two rooms I had booked. The night clerk was attempting to embarrass me in front of other customers when I attempted to insure that both rooms would be available in case my friends arrived late. The air conditioning didn't work very well and there were no fans. The area outside the hotel smelled terrible and was very noisy.
