Good
Liked: Great location and comfortable apartment.
Liked: In the centre of Pamplona
Disliked: An apartment in the center of Pamplona, just a minute away from Plaza del Castillo—an excellent location for exploring the city. Upon arrival, however, we found the dishwasher full of food scraps and not working, grease stains in the cooking area, and dust on the shelves. We reported these issues to the host, whose only response was to ask for photos. After sending a few images, I eventually gave up and let it go, realizing the host lacked any real concern for a situation that was simply unacceptable—especially while on vacation. It’s a shame, because the apartment itself is functional, but the cleanliness and maintenance are poor. Given the host's lack of attentiveness, I didn't even bother reporting the wobbly bed—which sat on a frame with unstable legs (likely due to loose screws)—or the tripod side table that had a leg detached from the base and collapsed the moment I set my handbag on it.
Absolutely loved this spot and the location was absolutely ideal for all of the San Fermin events! Thank you!
