  Overall, we recommend it

  Liked: We liked the location as peregrinos and the set up of the apartment.

  Disliked: There was not a shelf in the shower to put our toiletries.

  Spacious, clean and a good neighborhood

  Liked: Stayed there for two nights. Room and bathroom were clean, host was kind although she didnt really speak English. The bed was comfy & the room spacious. There was even a desk with enough sockets to charge appliances. Also the hostal is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. Downstairs there is a pretty nice Japanese restaurant with both hot dishes and sushi. A 30 min walk from the centre, with several good breakfast spots and supermarkets on the way. Also the room had airconditioning, which is a plus.

  Disliked: A 30 min walk from the centre. At some moments there were no buses because of a manifestation. Also the room is not entirely soundproof, although it is quite a quiet neighborhood.

  very recommended, just consider providing a small portable heater

  Liked: the location was perfect in attending seminar in UNAV. staff was great and very accommodating

  Disliked: Everything was perfect, but I have one small suggestion: since the heating system is centralized for the entire building, the pension house could consider providing a small portable heater in case the weather becomes too cold and the room needs immediate warmth. Nevertheless, the owner and staff were very accommodating. My favorite place was the kitchen.:)
