  Difficult key system, not cleaned on arrival but good location and apartment

  Liked: Good location, only a short walk to Gros beach and then further old town. Nice apartment, modern looking

  Disliked: We turned up about 6pm with a late check in. The key is dispensed from an ATM style touch screen machine about 10 mins walk away. The screen wasn't working so spent a while trying to get through to Basque Stay. The call handler was helpful but advised someone will meet us to give the key. Luckily there's a bar next door where we waited. Upon getting to the apartment it was not cleaned from previous guests. So back on the phone. A cleaner eventually came and cleaned but from a 6pm check in it was now about 9pm before it was clean so not a great start

  Good well designed apartment in a great location

  Liked: Modern design comfy beds big balcony and good location

  Disliked: Wi-Fi didn’t work and attempted lots of passwords given even contacted staff didn’t get it fixed

  Liked: Nice quiet location, balcony facing a small square

  Disliked: For the price it would have been nice to find at least a sponge for washing the dishes, some kitchen basics like tea/coffee/sugar. When staying for only a few nights and paying €300/night, doing a full grocery shop just to have a relaxed breakfast at home isn't ideal

  So disappointed

  Liked: Not far from the beach

  Disliked: No water for two days and no one care or responds to your concerns. The mattress and pillows are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Failed on the two most basic requirements for a stay! And not contact from anyone!

  Liked: Location is good, only 500 metres from the beach. Cafes and restaurants nearby, non touristy area.

  Disliked: The neighbours above were a little noisy. I think for the price a small gesture welcome gift would be nice, such as a bottle of wine or coffee for the coffee pot or water in the fridge.
